These Telemedicine visits are appropriate for patients that do not require in-office procedures. They are conducted using a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer using the device’s webcam. This healthcare solution allows the patient and doctor to meet “face-to-face” through high-definition video, speaking in real time as if they were in the same room, and even exchanging pictures and other documents when needed. Aside from offering a totally safe and convenient way to meet with our podiatrists, Telemedicine technology saves patients time and travel expenses.

To schedule a tele-visit, use the Request Appointment form and specify telemedicine or call us at (805) 496-2383. To schedule an appointment, we require a copy of your insurance card, completed new patient documents that we will provide you via email, and a credit card to reserve your appointment time and cover the copay and deductible fees.
Our cancellation policy is that you must call or email the office 48 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.
